The ivory-laced floral gown that Audrey Hepburn worn in 1954 to receive the “Best Actress” Oscar for the film Roman Holiday is hitting the auction block by the end of the month, expecting to fetch between $64,000-$96,000. The dress was custom designed by famed costume designer Edith Head to resemble the dress she created for Hepburn’s character in the film, Princess Anne. Supposedly, Hepburn named the frock her “lucky dress” after winning the award.
